We started MyWave because the tech industry exploits people.
It doesn't have to be that way. There are affordable solutions that get your tech working smoothly and put your data back under your own control — and that's all we do.
How we got here.
We began by building private servers — machines that give people their own cloud, their own storage, their own AI, without handing any of it to a giant corporation.
Along the way, people kept asking us to fix other things too. Set up the Wi-Fi. Pick the right laptop. Wire the addition they were building. Explain, one more time, why their printer was being like this.
So we stopped being just a server company. Now we're a small, full-service technology business — for help, servers, and the wires in your walls. Same people. Same rules. Your data stays yours.

What we believe.
Your data is yours.
We don't read it, sell it, or train on it. We can't — and we won't.
Access is consent.
We never connect to your stuff without you turning it on. Every session is logged, time-boxed, and ends when you say.
Explanations are the product.
Anybody can sell you a box. We'd rather you understand what you bought.
Small is the feature.
You'll talk to the same person every time. No tickets, no tiers of support, no “please hold for the next available genius.”
Where we are.
MyWave is a small, independent technology business based in Indiana. We work on-site across the state and remotely wherever the internet reaches. We do this full-time, and the person you talk to this week is the person you'll talk to next time.
